Meeting Expense Analyst
Meeting Expense Analyst
The Air Line Pilots Association, the largest international labor organization in the world representing commercial airline pilots, seeks an experienced Expense Analyst to code and process hotel folios for payment using PeopleSoft financial software, provides general office assistance and acts as a back up for the Communications Department secretaries. We are looking for a team player with the ability to work individually.
The Expense Analyst is also responsible for:obtaining all folios for transient hotel and meeting charges providing phone coverage by receiving and routing incoming calls to the appropriate party and completing query forms and routing to the appropriate staff member for response providing clerical support
Minimum Requirements:High school graduate or equivalent required, some college preferred. Two years of related accounting experience or the equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with all levels of staff and the public. Typing speed of 50 wpm, 55 preferred.
