We are seeking an eager and willing administrator to support a fast-paced team of individuals with a creative mindset. Job duties will include but not be limited to: set-up and coordination of meetings and events; maintaining calendars; making travel arrangements; support work for special projects and/or monitor project schedules; conducting online research and providing analysis and reporting as requested; coordinating with outside vendors; proof-reading and editing of documents; reviewing data quality; pulling fund-raising reports and assisting with campaign set-up; collecting and maintaining hardware and software inventory; managing budgeting processes including processing, recording and reconciling invoices as well as maintaining budget worksheets and providing monthly updates; maintaining team vacation calendars; coordinating employee absence report submission for team members; and performing general office duties including photocopying, faxing, archiving, filing and mail delivery.Volt is a Fortune 1000 company.
