Contract Administrator

Position Goal:  To support NACCRRA’s mission and strategic priorities by administering all contracts and subcontracts with NACCRRA’s clients, vendors, and service providers.

 

General Function:  The Contract Administrator is responsible for producing all contracts and subcontracts, including coordinating proposal and Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Qualification (RFQ) preparation, and compiling reports for contract compliance.   

 

 

Essential Job Duties

  Produces contracts & subcontracts ensuring that necessary requirements are included in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times. Compiles and reviews contractual reports as defined by the contracts. Updates program status reports which monitor contract & subcontracts progress and/or close-out, including task completion and deliverables with relevant input from program staff. Maintain all required records in accordance with the contract requirements. Maintain the filing of RFP / RFQ to potential vendors and service providers. Maintain the appropriate technical and financial reviews for all bids. Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures in carrying out responsibilities listed above.

Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Contract Management – Combination of accreditation and experience considered. Three years experience in government competitive bidding. Working knowledge of Dodgars is desired. Demonstrated skills in processing contracts with a high degree of accuracy and inclusion of appropriate requirements. Demonstrated ability to be a team player who manages towards results. Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines. Exercise sound judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions.
