Accounts Payable Specialist - Call (425)451-9776Description: Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Professional? In this role the candidate is responsible for managing accounts payable processes for foundation and subsidiary company invoices related to operating expenses, contracts and grants. Processing invoices for payment including determining proper coding, identifying approval authorization, matching invoices against contract terms and securing proper tax documentation from vendors. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for assisting with year end close out and preparation of audit supporting documentation. Volt is a Fortune 1000 company. Experience in roles with responsibility for accounts payable including contract management a plus. Experience in roles with primary responsibility for accounts payable functions while simultaneously performing a variety of other accounting tasks. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills in sensitive and confidential situations and positions requiring demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Candidates must have effective verbal and written communication skills, and must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Candidates must also be computer savvy with a high level of proficiency using MS Excel and other MS Office products to effectively manage, analyze and report on a wide variety of data. Working knowledge of Great Plains is also a plus.
