ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Part-time position available
The Occupational Development Center, whose
mission is to provide high quality vocational
training and employment opportunities for
Lancaster County adults with developmental
disabilities, is seeking a part-time Administrative
Assistant. This is a multi-faceted position
that includes preparing payroll, entering production
data, file maintenance, accounts payable and
accounts receivable, filing, report preparation,
and providing support to all departments.
Requirements:
* High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate
* Associates degree in business related field
preferred
* Working knowledge of bookkeeping and
accounting systems.
* Excellent organization, communication and
phone skills.
* Good computer skills including spreadsheet,
word-processing, and database applications.
* Must be detailed oriented, accurate, and have
the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
PT position: (20 hrs./wk), M-F 8:00am-12:00pm
