We have an immediate opening in our Dayton location for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor.

 

ResponsibilitiesLeads the warehouse team ensuring efficient operation of the warehouse Maintaining a safe and well organized work environment Cut customer orders using metal cutting equipment such as saws, hydraulic sheer to customer specifications Identifies opportunities for continuous improvements and efficiencies Receive, identify and stock incoming materials as required Assist in proper maintenance of equipment (saws, forklift, delivery truck etc) ensuring safety first for everyone Make deliveries to customers Pickup orders from suppliers Performs other duties as requested



QualificationsMust have 2 plus years of supervisory experience Excellent customer relationship building skills Motivated and enthusiastic team leader Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines Ability to respond positively to change and to influence others. Proficient computer skills - MS office, etc High school diploma Knowledge of measuring instruments – i.e.: tape measure and dial calipers an asset A current Forklift Driving Certificate a definite asset Must have a valid driver’s license with clean abstract
