Sr. Compensation Analyst

Ideal candidate will support virtually all aspects of compensation program design, communication, and administration. Support departmental strategic initiatives in areas of compensation, benefits and data management.
Compensation:Provide compensation support to the Regional Manager, Total RewardsAssist managers in determining proper pay for new hires and promoted employeesParticipate in third party external surveys and analyze survey results for competitive position of company total remunerationEvaluate roles and recommend band assignment and FLSA statusSupport the development and administration of regional pay practicesResearch best practices and keep abreast of compensation trends outside of the companyRespond to inquires and requests from managers and staff for special compensation reviews/adjustmentsProvide market information regarding annual salary budgetingSupport regional managers during year-end compensation cycleRespond to requests by region/sites for compensation informationOversee the creation of role descriptionsRewards management, including base pay, short-term incentives, and long term incentives
Benefits/HRIS:Power user of data warehouse (Data analysis within database loaded with medical, prescription, disability and other data to support the integrated disability management initiative)Liaison between Total Rewards group and region and corporate health and safety groups who will also be using the data warehouseHR representative for Employee Share Purchase Program implementation
