A highly regarded organization is seeking an intelligent, capable individual to plan and manage the activities, assets and people who provide business automation solutions to the company. The successful candidate will be someone who has applied knowledge knowledge of SAP systems, processes, support, business analysis and related technologies. Someone who is also a skilled project manager with demonstrated successful leadership in large complex projects together with applied knowledge in manufacturing industries, design of business processes and metrics. Demonstrated sucessful people and budgets management and team leadership is also a requirement. A Degree in Computer Sciences or a technical field is necessary. An MBA would be desirable. To really do this role well you would need 7-10 years IT management experience in a global manufacturing ERP environment. Metals industry experience would be a real plus. Other necessary experiences would be advanced knowledge of SAP business design and configuration, a record of leading succesful business automation projects, PMP would be a plus, and TOC/Six Sigma/LEAN/APICS Cerifications. This role is located in Exton, PA. Of course this is just a snapshot of the role.
