Product Manager - Bar, Rod, and Wire (090508PM)
FPC of Cincinnati has a growing metals industry client in the western Great Lakes states region that is seeking a new Product Manager for their bar, rod, and wire group. In this role you will report directly to the National Sales Manager for this product group and the focus of this role will be a mix of product marketing, product development, and business development to find ways to improve market share for current and new bar, rod, and wire products. If you are a business or engineering degreed professional with a strong mix of marketing and business development skills combined with a good manufacturing skill set with steel bar, rod, and wire products, then this is an opportunity you will want to explore with a progressive metals company. This client offers a competitive compensation, benefits, and relocation package for this opportunity.Requirements: BS, Degree (Business or Engineering) 5+ years of manufacturing experience with steel bar, rod, and wire products Significant marketing, sales, or business development experience within steel bar, rod, or wire manufacturing Significant product development related experience within metals manufacturing Knowledgeable of product cost and pricing systems and strategic planning US Citizen or Permanent ResidentDesired Background: MBA Significant manufacturing or sales experience within the cold heading industry Salary Range Targeting the $90K - $100K base salary range plus 10% bonusApplicants: Please email me an attached copy of your updated MS Word resume for review.
