Non-Ferrous Scrap Warehouse Manager

We are currently looking for an expereinced warehouse manager that understands the non-ferrous metals srap business. This person must be able to lead/direct workers to grade/understand different metals.  He needs to understand shipping/receiving requirements for export and domestic suppliers/comsumers of all metals.  He needs to organize warehouse inventories and manage daily working environment.
