Our client is a worldwide leader in the metals industry that seeks an accomplished Maintenance and Engineering professional for their organization. The company recognizes the need to develop a true reliability centered maintenance model and the importance of this role to the continued success of the organization can not be overestimated. The company now utilizes a combination of preventive and predictive maintenance approaches. Continued capital project expansion, excellent leadership that demands accountability, and a healthy company financial balance sheet make this position an attractive one to true maintenance engineering leaders.
The position requires either a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSEE, OR BSME preferred,) 10+ years in an industrial setting with at least 5 years in maintenance and/or engineering management, and a track record of success in improving safety. Experience in a union environment is a plus.
