Our client, located in Chicago IL, currently seeks a General Sales Manager. The client has experienced fantastic growth over the past 5 years; nearly doubling since the beginning of 2006.
The General Sales Manager is responsible for:Conceiving and implementing a new sales structureManage 9 direct reports; 50 indirect reportsTravel at 50%Developing short and long term sales planBusiness development Improve customer service and delivery
Candidates must have:
A force to drive the sales team, a proven track record and a leaderMetals industry experience Management of sales reps required7+ years experience National sales management (international sales a plus)
