Monitor and verify the performance and required maintenance of assigned customer equipment. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (requirements, including degree/education, years of experience, minimum qualifications, industry- or instrument-specific experience, skills required and any physical demands such as lifting requirements or exposure to chemicals. Travel requirements also included.) Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or Associates degree in Engineering Field 3-5 years of industrial field service experience. Plant Automation and Process Control experience. Knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Sampling and Analysis Techniques. Maintain and service critical capital equipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Interact with customers and coworkers at a professional level, able to work both independently and as part of a multi-tasking team. Perform remote on site customer services, including installing, troubleshooting and repairing of analyzer equipment and related products. Calibrate equipment according to precise specifications. Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email. Provide multi-level user training. Provide support to engineering, manufacturing, and sales. Provide adequate documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job. PLC programming and HMI experience a plus. Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: (3-5 key attributes, skills, or requirements that the candidate must have to be considered for this position) Strong technical background. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits. Ability to read and understand electronic schematics and mechanical drawings. Ability to configure and repair computer hardware. Good communication skills. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50lbs. Ability to travel up to 70%. Valid driver’s license. Education: AssociateJob Level: Experienced
