The successful candidate will manage district production operations. Ensure that production levels are maintained as planned and enhanced recovery techniques are utilized for maximum production. Monitor activities from the office and occasionally at field locations. Administer policies and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures. Maintain familiarity with the field's concepts, practices and procedures, and promote the best practices throughout the district.

Responsibilities include the following:
Monitor lease operating expenses by reviewing operational benchmarksDevelop and implement lease expense cost reductionsEvaluate production data with staff to ensure proper focus on goalsPromote safety and environmentally clean work areasEmphasis safety training in safe work practicesProduction forcasting and coordination with J-W Gathering Company to ensure pipeline system, compressor optimization, and proper equipment sizing with proper planning for the futureProvide input and support for lease expense budgetSupervise implementation of completions and recompletions

Candidates must understand the petroleum production operations including completion design, implementation, compression, gathering, and treatment. This positon also requires being accountable and available to staff, and embrace leadership skills development. Other skills required are effective time management, goal and objective setting, prioritizing, and excellent written and oral communication. A 4 year college degree preferred, 10 years experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
