Account Sales Representative

Great opportunity for an experienced outside steel salesperson in flat rolled carbon steel sales. We are looking for an experienced, ethusiastic sales representative to help develop and grow our customer base in the mid-west selling Ho Rolled; Galvanized and Cold Rolled steel.

We offer a competitve base salay plus a performance bonus. We also offer a travel allowance; medical/dental and vision insurance; a 401K plan and paid vacations.

 

Job Duties:

>Must have at least 5 years selling flat rolled steel to customers in the Mid-West

>An outgoing sales personality who can be persuasive.

>Willingness to travel overnight approximately 25% of the time.

>Manage inventory; prepare quotes and provide management with competitve market information.

>Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously.

>A clean driving record

>Bachelor'sd degree.

>Must be able to work in Excel and Outlook

>Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.

>Excellant time management skills.

>Excellent written and verbal communication.

>Should be able to be a self-starter who can workunder minimal supervision.
