Reference Code: IRC156381 VAC Education Coordinator Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Exhibits and Events, this position is primarily responsible for assisting in the planning, coordinating and implementing of all details for KCI USA conventions. Position requires attendance at trade shows and meetings to handle on-site activities.  (Travel is approximately 20-30 %.) Proven organizational skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Requires operation of computer, printer, copy machine, telephone and fax.  Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Other Qualifications  Requires continuous attention to detail when performing job responsibilities.  Mental concentration required when analyzing or preparing special reports and/or special projects.  Requires excellent verbal skills to effectively communicate requirements for multiple trade shows. Some College is preferred Work experience in events department is also preferred
