We are looking for proven leaders to join our organization in the high impact role of Project Management. Interested? Thought so. In the highly visible role of Senior Project Team Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and leading one or more new product development teams from late stage concept through successful commercialization of a new product. Typically, at this level the projects will be of high complexity, scope and duration. Duties include: Develop project plan and identify resource needs, procure necessary resources, define roles on project team, lead team meetings, guiding the team through the design requirements process, assuring that materials are prepared for business reviews and that reviews are held appropriately, identifying issues, communicate regularly with sr.management on status, maintaining team focus, managing project scope, and assuring healthy team dynamics. . The Sr. Project Team Manager is also responsible for assuring that appropriate financial planning has been done by the team to achieve profitability.The Project Team Manager demonstrates the ability to coordinate and steer the activities of cross functional groups including., Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Finance, Logistics, Graphics, Packaging Engineering, Case Development Engineering, Technical Services, Product Development, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Reimbursement.Required Skills

YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor level college degree in a technical, managerial or financial area is required. Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience (Manufacturing Engineering, PD Engineering, Regulatory Affairs etc) at least two (2) of which involve leading or planning for cross-functional new product development teams. Specific skills including Project management, facilitative leadership, influential management abilities, and strong interpersonal/relationship skills. Additionally, have managed multiple cross functional teams from late stage concept thru the commercialization of a product/product line.Track record of success in commercialization Experience in Orthopaedic industry a plus, but not required.
