Job Description SAP CRM Application Business Analyst SUMMARY:Knowledge of business processes and SAP CRM within a specific area of responsibility, defined by the position. Directly support users and corporate processes in the specific area. Researches gaps in functionality, gathers requirements of users, and presents recommendation for expansion, reconfiguration, and enhancements. Excellent grasp of industry and subject matter best practices, trends, and concepts. Ability to apply these concepts into the SAP CRM environment and business process. Strong Leadership skills, especially in the handling of Organization Change Management is strongly desired.Experience with CRM, including the Win Client, Web Client, or both. Knowledge of ERP systems helpful. Knowledge of Business processes, especially at Thermo a plus. Hands on experience with configuring (IMG) and enabling the primary SAP CRM applications of Marketing, Sales, and Service. Practical project experience and working with Business Users from beginning to end.Someone with a good knowledge of Marketing procedures and processes is preferred. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Include the following with other duties as assigned. • Supports SAP CRM and related software • Knowledge of Service, Sales, Marketing techniques, methods, and tools. Service, Sales, and Marketing best practices • Knowledge of SAP BW Query & Reporting capabilities • Develops all process documentation for processes and procedures • Participate in Help Desk function to resolve user related support calls • Prepare and execute test plans for new functionality • Publish communication related to the deployment of new functionality • Translate user requirements into user requests and program specifications • Work with programmers to assure compliance to program specifications • Develop training for end-users • Provide educational course structure for end-users Lead classes to enhance user knowledge • Liaise with Divisional Management to understand direction within their functional area of responsibility • Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements for site. • Support Divisional initiatives utilizing Project Management expertise. • Maintain security in compliance with ThermoFisher Security directives. • Provide advice to staff and external parties on ThermoFisher IT. • Ensure compliance to ThermoFisher IT Policies and Guidelines. • Travel can range from 25%-50% QUALIFICATIONS:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
