Reference Code: IRC153382 Reimbursement Manager Together with the Director, US Reimbursement, the Manager is responsible for developing and implementing product reimbursement strategies for KCI. Masters in Healthcare Policy, also considered, Master in Public Policy with professional experience in health care or MBA with concentration in Healthcare; experience in lieu of advanced degree may be considered. 3 - 5 years experience in provider reimbursement, health insurance reimbursement, government health care financing policy and/or medical device health economics. Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. healthcare system including expertise in health care financing, public and private reimbursement policies related to the device industry, and technology assessment. Ability to interpret and integrate business strategies into actionable, valuable reimbursement initiatives. Proven track record of establishing and defending medical device reimbursement position. Other Qualifications   Ability to provide professional approach in business capacity.
