Professional Affairs Franchise Manager

Our client is a global medical device company with operations in 35 countries. The company markets clinically superior products and surgical implants Our client is seeking a qualified candidate to be responsible for writing and processing documents necessary for needs assessments in order to plan and meet required strategic goals and objectives.  Responsibilities include:  directing and managing the strategic development of the franchises needs assessment; initiating frequent contacts with Group Directors and Marketing Manager to establish the strategic vision of the organization; developing the documentation required to initiate surgeon consultant agreements; performing all duties in compliance with policies and procedures; obtaining and developing requirements for preparation of surgeon consultant contacts; working in conjunction with service providers and marketing in work plan development and reporting; conducting training with new and existing consultants to familiarize them with processes and documentation requirements.  Successful candidates must have these minimum capabilities to be considered for this position:  Bachelors degree in business or marketing related areas; MBA preferred; 5 years experience on contracting, marketing, or professional affairs in the medical industry; proven ability in developing and writing strategic business plans; clinical knowledge of orthopaedics preferred; excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office a must; 35% travel required. Qualified candidates please reference position 1232 when submitting your resume to Tammi at search@lakecitygroup.com or fax 574-371-2535.  Resumes should be in Microsoft Word format in order to be uploaded into our database.  Please visit www.lakecitygroup.com and read our Statement of Confidentiality.  Once you have sent your resume, please complete our Career Planning Guide on our web site.
