Founded in 2004, HeartSafe America, Inc. specializes in the distribution of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), emergency preparedness equipment, and Basic Life Support training (BLS). As a distributor for multiple medical equipment manufacturers, we utilize a consultative approach to assist customers in selecting the proper device for their organization. In addition to helping with this selection, HeartSafe offers an array of services to aid our customers in deploying a “turnkey” OSHA compliant program.

 

Job Description

HeartSafe America has multiple opportunities to expand into the Southwest, Midwest and Southeastern United States.  Were currently looking for aggressive Sales Consultant’s to develop the following states: Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Arizona and parts of Texas. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for:

·  Identifying potential market segments (State Government, Municipalities, commercial, electric, fitness centers, schools, Universities, etc.)  in territory and formulating a detailed plan to generate customer interest (i.e. direct mail, email campaigns, conventions, phone consultations)

·  Outbound telephone prospecting

·  Fostering relationship with manufacturer’s territory reps.

·  Attending regional & national conventions in territory

·  Developing sub-distribution network

·  Following up on manufacturer leads

·  Position based in Corporate office,  Dallas, Texas

 

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:2 years of inside/outside sales experienceBachelors degree or higher college education Ability & willingness to prospectGood verbal,  presentation and follow up skillsOrganizational skills
