Reference Code: IRC161403 Global Strategic Sourcing Analyst  Responsible for managing global sourcing supplier relationships with the authority to enter into global strategic sourcing partnerships that will enhance the procurement and supply chain processes throughout all KCI entities (Domestic and International).Related Education Qualification:Requires a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field Related Experience Qualification:Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement in a production environmentOther Required Qualifications: Advanced analytical skills to include:  cost and price modeling, make vs buy analysis, value analysis, TCO, and ROI. Ability to sustain exemplary knowledge of e-commerce, supply chain management, and ERP system technology as they evolve in the future. Demonstrated capacity to focus on satisfying internal customer requirements and obtaining and responding to internal customer feedback. Verifiable self-initiative and decision-making skills. Competent understanding of supplier management techniques. Advanced project management skills. Must have intermediate Microsoft application skills to include Word, Excel, Access, etc. Advanced ERP skills to including familiarity with Oracle Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment. Preferred Qualifications: M.B.A. is preferred Previous experience in Research and Development, Sustaining Engineering, Operations or Small Business/HUD programs is a plus Membership in ISM, NAPM, APICS, with professional certification as a CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager)
