Job Description Contract Support Specialist Contract Support SpecialistUnder the direction of the Manager, Operations the Contract Administration Specialist is responsible for the administration of customer agreements. This includes entry of new agreements, addition and deletion of equipment and tracking of metrics. The ability to use Maximo and Excel are to key to this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Accurate entry of client equipment and contract data into computer • Analyze of new client equipment request to ensure adherence to policy • Process monthly client invoices and ensuring invoicing within standard guidelines • Balance customer accounts at month end via Excel • Customer liaison for invoicing questions • Create customer proposal exhibits and assembling customer proposal booklets, if necessary • Support the collection of data metrics via Microsoft Excel. (Including filter, sort functions and other various beginner to intermediate functions.) • Create customer support document via Microsoft Word and PowerPoint • Other duties or special projects as assigned Specific Scope Data:Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: • Associate or Bachelors degree preferred • Minimum 2-3 years prior experience working with national sales force and client base • Customer service experience • Data entry experience • Experience developing and maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications: i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Strong analytical ability • Ability to work independently and solve problems • Professional communications: strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to multitask to meet deadlines • Ability to work in a changing environment • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new computer systems • Ability to produce accurate high quality work with attention to detail • Ability to work well both independently as well as within a team environment • Ability to work overtime as dictated by work load Education: AssociateJob Level: Experienced
