Position Description:
Provide ease-of-use for the dealers to conduct business with the Company, while supporting company cost reduction and efficiency initiatives. Ensure that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing correspondence, and coordinating with other functions as required. Acts as customer contact regarding orders, scheduling, and shipping. Identifies and initiates proper urgency with projects, responsibilities and duties.• Understand the specific needs of our dealers and coordinate their business needs with our company through the Regional Business Managers and others as needed.• Coordinate and submit daily, weekly, and quarterly reports as required.• Schedule specific orders to production with approval of RBM and/or VP• Coordinate Change Orders and communication between RBM and plant scheduling departments while adhering to company policies. • Process orders and provide delivery information to dealers and internal as needed.• Coordinate shipping with the logistics department, communicating with dealers frequently.• Identify selling opportunities with various OBMS reports and notify the RBM’s.• Coordinate, prepare, print and distribute materials such as pricing lists, dealer manuals and programs, and regular dealer communications in coordination with the Communications Manager.• Drive and assist with customer events such as annual dealer meetings, training events, and press events.• Maintain a Trade Show Report Log including sales, competitive data, and display notes.• Administer Boat Show results reports and compile and track master.• Create and maintain monthly report of field inventory. Identify any problems or opportunities to the RBM. • Provide a variety of customer services through mail, fax, email, telephone and contacts.• Resolve or relay customer questions, complaints and requests, which may involved some policy interpretation based on knowledge of the organization, products and related services and policies.• Serve as liaison between sales and manufacturing, engineering, customer service and other departments as necessary.• Perform related clerical duties and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred• Three to five years of customer service experience required• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent telephone skills• Strong task prioritization skills – able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Must be organized, reliable and accountable.• Driven, self-motivated work style required, with high attention to detail. Requires ability to work with a high sense of urgency.• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities required• Must possess and display a friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team• Available to travel if necessary (infrequent basis)• OBMS knowledge and proficiency a plus• Familiarity with boats is a plus
