Parts Department Apprentice
Saunders Yachtworks is the largest full-service yacht facility on the Gulf Coast! We provide excellent service to owners and crew of pleasure craft vessels up to 100 feet. Our services include authorized engine service for Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, MAN, and MTU; generator service for Northern Lights and Onan vessel systems service on air conditioning and refrigeration units, electrical systems, water makers, plumbing, etc. dry docking and bottom service for vessels up to 60 tons traditional boatyard crafts of paint, fiberglass and carpentry
Our ideal candidate would have great organizational skill, customer service experience, and some product knowledge pertaining to the services offered. You would also have to be able to keep your head in a fast-paced environment!
This job includes training for potential growth in all aspects of an industrial parts operation. Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and on the phone; shipping and receiving; putting up stock; maintaining accurate records of transactions; and making company deliveries within a 50 mile radius. You must be able to deliver on any promises in an atmosphere of honesty and integrity.
