MarineMax, the world’s largest boating retailer, is seeking a dynamic Finance Sales Manager to "Deliver the Boating Dream" at our Norwalk, Connecticut location.  While MarineMax specializes in Sea Ray, Ferretti, Meridian, and Boston Whaler, our focus is not on “selling” boats, but on selling the “experience” of boating. The individual we seek is an “A” player – best in the class.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional sales dynamics with a proven track record in loan processing, service contract sales, and insurance sales. Previous experience in like field is a must (insurance, banking, automotive, etc.) Please note that this is not an accounting role.

Responsibilities include ensuring dealership profitability in three key areas, loan processing, service contract sales, and insurance sales.

This is an exciting, fun industry and can be extremely lucrative for top producers!  We’re looking for high-energy professionals, who are friendly, upbeat, and persuasive. Delivering the Dream is a process of establishing immediate rapport and building relationships based on integrity and trust.
