We are seeking a self-motivated professional Awlgrip Crew Leader for our paint department in our Stuart, Florida service yard. Applicants should be accomplished in prep through marine finish paint procedures.

 

Qualifications:Vocational, High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) required. Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills Three (3) to five (5) years experience in auto body or marine paint applications or equivalent experience Operation of sanders/pneumatic tools, spray equipment use, set-up and maintenance Advanced painting tools and techniques Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to supervise and direct staff

 

Physical Requirements:Lift and carry over 25 lbs. and up to 60 lbs. on a frequent (over 40% and up to 70%). Requires frequent lifting or moving of average weight material. Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, lift, push, and pull and work in small, tight spaces. Requires frequently working under conditions where elements such as dust, dirt, heat, fumes, cold, vibration, noise, water or chemicals may be present.
