Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
The Hinckley Company has an immediate opening in our Service Department for an experienced administrative assistant/receptionist with excellent clerical skills who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment supporting multiple Service Managers. The individual must be energetic and self motivated, preferably familiar with boatyard terminology, able to effectively interact with customers both on the phone and in person, have a professional phone manner and a strong computer background particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel. This position includes weekly time and labor data entry.
POSITION MAY REQUIRE WORKING SOME SATURDAYS
