Generac Power Systems – a leading manufacturer of generators and industrial engines -- is seeking a Senior Design Engineer for its Waukesha, WI.
The Designer will support new Commercial product development through design and BOM structuring of new components. Participate in Production support, Design of parts, Implementation of product improvements and cost reductions, maintain active communication with other departments.

Qualifications & Skills
* 2 year degree in mechanical design or similar
* 5+ years design experience
* Expert knowledge of ProE and Autocad
* Experience with design of electromechanical product
* Experience with casting, sheet metal and stampings a plus
* Skilled in Auto Cad, Word, Excel, MS Project, AS 400 or similar previous experience with “indented
BOM”
