They are looking for top talent to improve the capabilities of their overall product development.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Minimum BSME We seek an individual with7 plus in small mechanism design (good plastic parts background) Solid Mechanical Mechanism skills and understands the limits of gears Designs that can be modeled, manufactured and fit together well. Can successfully complete model exercises Proficient with Pro E or Solid Works (20,000 hours of experience) FEA, Cosmos Strong analytical skills: able to cost the different design aspects (understands heat, drop and halt testing) Balance cost with torque, weight, size etc Solid working knowledge of good quality systems DOE, FEMA etc. Enjoys being designed based and desire to progress to lead or principle engineer Comfortable interfacing across multiple functions Capable of successfully defending new product and quality Successfully help plan and deliver innovative new designs Improve procedures and process – make them more efficient Provide quality validation support – new best practices – save time and money.
