ITT-Flygt Pewaukee Operations (ITT – AC Pump), a $50M unit of ITT, boasts a proud 125 year tradition of supplying quality, innovative pumping products, replacement parts, and systems to global municipal and industrial markets.

 

We are currently seeking a Senior CAD Designer to design new or special pump designs and perform modifications on various pump product lines in accordance with established company specifications. The Designer will utilize AutoCAD Release 2005 or later and/or ProEngineer CAD software to perform applicable mechanical component layout and drafting work.

 

The ideal candidate must the ability to produce highly technical and precise designs and have considerable experience designing mechanical assemblies, preferably rotating equipment. Must have the ability to prepare sketches or drawings necessary to generate design layout drawings.

 

The individual must work closely with Engineering and other departments to analyze a project for manufacturing and material costs and perform corrective redesigning when required. Must have the ability to check one’s own work and the work of others. An Associates Degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent using AutoCad, along with at least seven (7) years progressive experience as a CAD Designer is required.
