Sales Support Representative
Cordstrap USA Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cordstrap BV, the European based world leading manufacturer of corded polyester strapping and load securing systems established in 1965. Cordstrap products are sold directly to a wide variety of industries through our team of dedicated experts across the globe.
Cordstrap USA, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative for our manufacturing facility located in Sturtevant, Wisconsin in Racine County. The candidate must be a customer-focused self-starter to provide sales support for the mid-west region. Must be detail-orientated and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Order ProcessingInternal and external sales supportAccounts ReceivableAnswering incoming telephone callsPreparing QuotationsMaintenance of Customer Data BaseProjects as Assigned & Assumed
Requirements include:
2 years experience in customer service and sales administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Loyal, ambitious to educate him/herself for long term career within the companyFamiliarity with MS Office, Lotus NotesAbility to effectively work autonomouslyTeam player mentalityAbility to take initiative and manage time effectivelySpanish speaking a plus
