Kohler Rental Power is a part of the Global Power Group of Kohler Co. Kohler Rental Power focuses on two markets; the Industrial and Event Service Markets. The Industrial Service Market supplies backup and prime power, and temperature control for commercial, industrial, utility and emergency needs. Products include generators, switchgear, and a full supply of climate control products and accessories. The Event Service Market is a turnkey provider for events and corporate hospitality. Its products include generators, power distribution, HVAC, luxury/executive restrooms and infrastructure.

We are currently seeking a Quality Analyst who, under the direction of the Director-Logistics & Operations, will be responsible for the development, implementation and the overall management of the Kohler Rental Power Quality Program. The Quality Analyst will implement and manage programs specific to Kohler Rental Power customer service index metrics to reduce equipment failures and ensure Kohler Rental Power customer service levels are met or exceeded. The Quality Analyst will also review and regularly report quality and customer satisfactions levels to senior management. The Quality Analyst will have frequent contact with the General Manager, District Operations Managers, Project Manager's, the Fleet-Maintenance Manager, the Controller and the Accounting Department.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience in a quality or continuous improvement position required. The ideal candidate must have proven facilitation and negotiation skills. Previously demonstrated success in effectively communicating and leading cross-functional teams while driving execution is required. ISO or QS experience and minimum of green belt certification, desirable.
