Process Engineer

We are looking for an experienced manufacturing professional whose key background includes:
Requirements:
Mechanical desktop/AUTOCAD ability; prefer Solid Works; Microsoft estimating a plus
Background/experience in ISO9000 and lean manufacturing methods
Minimum 5 years of experience
Responsibilities:
Fixture/tooling design capability for CNC turning and milling machines
Establish tooling list for new production parts
CNC programming for turning and milling
Maintain bill of material, item master, and process documentation
Assist manufacturing engineer w/engineering issues on production floor as well as new project or new equipment
Research and assist in capital expenditure for upcoming fiscal year
Assist with customer interaction regarding design issues
