National Accounts Manager

THE COMPANY:
Generac Power Systems – one of the world's largest independent manufacturers of complete engine-driven generator systems for industrial, residential, mobile, recreational vehicle and communications applications - is seeking a National Accounts Manager to be responsible for some of our largest customers nation wide.

THE POSITION:
In this high profile position, your primary focus will be prospecting for strategic/ national accounts. You will be out in the marketplace meeting with decision-makers from some of the largest retail chains in the country. Specific job duties include managing existing national accounts, developing marketing strategies, and evaluating customers’ applications needs. The successful candidate will posses both knowledge in electrical systems sales and experience representing a manufacturer in B2B relationships. Must be able to travel up to 50%.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Electrical
Engineering
* 5+ years sales experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Experience in Strategic / National Accounts a must
