Manufacturing Engineer Machining
Establish an understanding of Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering and CNC programming concepts through the development of economical costs involving manufacturing processes and procedures. Development of routings, including rates, through the detailed review of drawings and facility availability. Investigate and understand process requirements, which include tooling selection, machine parameters and routing requirements to ensure efficient planning, standard costs and labor reporting practices

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes in area of responsibility. ISO and Quality standard knowledge in area of responsibility. Ability to read drawings for respective discipline. Basic computer skills; spreadsheets, word processing, etc Problem solving methods (FMEA, Fishbone Diagrams, etc.)Organizational skills

Four year technical degree, or 5 years of related experience and working toward a technical degree
