Description:Working with customers and IT management, prepare detailed specifications from which customer deliverables are established. Develop project specifications and/or Service Level Agreements (SLA) to include time, quality, and resource requirements. Lead professional teams to insure project and/or SLA commitments are met. Implement project requirements through purchased and/or internally developed systems/service solutions to meet customer requirements. Assist customer in defining work processes and system requirements. Accountable for the quality and delivery of commitments on schedule, within prescribed resource limits (including financial), and in accordance with client requirements and departmental standards.Qualifications:8+ years of related experience, with at least 2 years in an IT Lead position. Broad based background in IT technology, systems analysis, and business applications. Demonstrated expertise in managing projects through a system development life cycle (encompassing hardware, software, and/or security aspects), and building customer relationships. Understanding of control environments, application and security controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements.Bachelors in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or related experience. Typically requires 8+ years of related experience.Strong technical and analytical skills in the following areas:- Microsoft .NET- Microsoft Visual Basic- SQL Language- Excellent software development foundation- Object Oriented Programming- Able to apply project management and general IT management methodologies- Communicates project status and problems to management- Collaboration in a team environmentSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceRockwell Automation offers a competitive benefit plan.
