Lead Financial Analyst - Milwaukee, WI

Description:Eaton Corporation's Innovation Center located in Milwaukee, WI has an opening for a Lead Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will help manage and coordinate the accounting functions for the Innovation Center. Provide support to assigned Technology Managers, Program Managers and Project Leaders with the development of annual profit plan, monthly forecast, and other financial needs to help them meet their objectives. Specifically, the position will work with Technology Managers, Program Managers and Project Leaders to help manage the creation of the annual profit plan; create monthly financial statement for Technology Managers; create monthly project financial statements for Program Managers and Project Leaders; work with Technology Managers, Program Managers and Project Leaders to create monthly forecast and monthly financial roll. In addition, the position will assist with the consolidation of monthly financial information; help ensure the integrity of financial statements, and conformity with generally accepted accounting principles; monitor and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company assets.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or other acceptable field of study and 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of Oracle Financials preferred.
