Entry Level Manufacturing Supervisor

Objective

Supervise assembly of custom, permanent retail marketing and merchandising program solutions.

 

ResponsibilitiesCoordination and supervision of temporary assembly employees, including, job position assignment, training, critical checklists. Assembly line set-up for each assembly position to assure work flow. Responsible for 100% Quality control process in place for all jobs. Assure the use of safe work practices, including proper safety equipment Assist with estimating labor hours for new production jobs. Work with Project Managers on production approvals throughout process. Assist with Fixturing and Line set-ups Complete post job inventories, update on system, wrap skids and send to warehouse for processing. Perform other duties as needed.




QualificationsBachelors degree in production management, operations management or similar. Strong detail orientation and problem solving skills Outstanding interpersonal skills both verbal and written. Excellent time management skills.
