Customer Service & Technical CSR Technical Customer Service The successful candidate will have the ability to answer a high volume of calls and provide technical assistance in hydraulics, electric motors, engines and controls as they relate to pumps.  Work with customers on taking orders and recommending the correct product line and maintain knowledge of current product  lines. Bachelors degree or equivelent work experience Prior experience in a customer service role Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical and mechanical principles In addition: Desire to help and assist customers Ability to communicate clearly over the phone Strong listening and problem solving skills Ability to maintian professionalism in a hectic environment Ability to manage high call volume Computer knowledge Ability to speak French or Spanish would be a plus!  We have full and part time positions available!!
