Co-op - Manufacturing Engineering FOR ALL SHOP SUPPORT

Bucyrus International, Inc. provides exciting, real-world Engineering experience. One of the most important activities for today's college students include co-op experience during the course of study as they are the gateway to potential employment and skill development.

At Bucyrus, Co-ops can take advantage of a wealth of learning opportunities while contributing to the operational success of the company.

Preferred candidates have exceptional leadership and communication skills and will be in an approved co-op program. Typically, we will look first to its former co-ops and interns for employment opportunities.

Qualifications

Highly motivated individual pursuing BS degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering (Sophomore or Junior standing with a desire to work approximately three terms).

Good oral and written communication skills required to maintain the flow of information between supervisors and other teams.

Must be able to plan and organize daily/weekly activities establishing priorities of work to be completed. Also, must be able to coordinate the needs of individual project requirements with schedules and engineering requirements in order to meet project commitments.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software is a must.
