Senior HR Analyst
Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is committed to assisting industry and government achieve world-class competitiveness. CTC has a full-time opening for a Senior HR Analyst at its Bremerton, Washington location.
SENIOR HR ANALYST
The successful candidate will work as part of a project team that includes peers and U.S. Navy program managers to provide consulting services in analyzing core competencies and KSAs for a civilian workforce. Duties include assisting with aligning core competencies associated with the civilian communities by developing policy guidance and strategy to identify, gather and manage the civilian community KSAs. The candidate will also assist in developing a community management organization to manage the career paths for civilians and in developing a strategy to determine how future KSAs will be identified and managed. This includes developing a KSA collection tool, developing and delivering training, and compiling, analyzing and comparing data for consistency. The candidate will work primarily in an office environment with some travel. Telecommuting options may be available.
Qualified candidates must possess an Master Degree with 2 yrs experience or a Bachelor Degree with 6 yrs experience in Business, Human Resources or related field. The qualified individual must have experience in the Federal Civil Service working with HR policies, rules and practices with an HR Generalist background including recruiting, staffing, training, collecting data via interviews and analyzing data. The selected applicant must have strong analytical, writing and verbal communication skills.
