Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Description:Neudesic is seeking a Microsoft Business Intelligence expert with a proven track record of architecting and developing large scale data warehouse applications. In this role, the Principal Consultant will serve as a technical discipline lead, providing both technical and business practice leadership. The Principal Consultant will work throughout the project lifecycle, from presales to final delivery, to validate that each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet our client's business needs. Required Technical Skills:•Expert in database design (logical and physical) for data warehousing environments•Lead technical solution delivery of Multi-Dimensional Databases, OLAP Cubes, Star Schemas, Dimensional Data models, and comprehensive ETL processes•Management of data quality issues within data mart and data warehouse solutions•Expertise with Microsoft Integration Services, Reporting Services and Analysis Services•Expertise in performance tuning database systems, including application design, application SQL, database parameters and tuning, and disk layoutsEducation / Certifications:•BSCS, MSCS or equivalent work experience preferred. Additional Skills & Competencies:•Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.•Ability to communicate with clients at all levels.•Ability to come up with the best solution for given requirements.•Ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects, based on client-provided technical and functional requirements.If you are as business savvy as you are technologically smart, we're interested in speaking with you.
