We are currently seeking a Scheduling Analyst to be a part of our Technology and Management Solutions group. This position supports the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). TSA is charged with the mission of protecting the Nation's transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. The mission of TSA's Office of Security Technology (OST) is to safeguard the Nation's transportation system by providing efficient and effective technology solutions though applied research, development, operational testing, deployment and life cycle management to ensure the free movement of people and commerce. The work will be performed in close proximity to TSA Headquarters, in Pentagon City, VA. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in network logic scheduling for a major project. Responsibilities include:Develop and maintain schedules for planning, executing and controlling projects Assist in the implementation of program management plans, methodologies, processes and tools Identify and collect information necessary to prepare and maintain program schedules Manage/coordinate governance and change control processes for scheduling Prepare responses for client and other program staff Prepare, write, and edit management reports and briefings describing schedule planning, execution and control Review, analyze and report on schedule and other management issuesThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelors Degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment.
