Quality Assurance Analyst

ICF International is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst within our Corporate Information Technology Department. This group collaborates with internal clients to plan, custom design, and develop effective and secured information systems to help them improve performance, increase productivity, and achieve their business goals. In this role, the individual will be responsible for the following:Test preparation: reviewing requirements, reviewing use cases, creating test plans and test cases Writing scripts (manual and automated) Entering and tracking defects Configuring Quality Center as necessary; adding and assigning users Providing QA management with test case coverage reports and defect metrics to indicate status of testing efforts Attending and participating in project team meetings as requiredRequired skills:BS in Computer Technology, or 3-5 years' QA experience 1-3 years experience in QA Testing Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices Experience developing and executing test plans, test procedures, and test cases based on requirements and analysis and design documents in accordance with accepted testing methodologies Experience with HP (Mercury) Quality Center Proficiency in software packages (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detailDesired skills:Experience with HP (Mercury) Quality Center Experience with Toad (or other database querying tool) Ability to create basic database queries and inserts ITIL Certification MS Word, Excel; PowerPoint, Project and VisioICF offers an excellent benefits package, an award winning talent development program, and fosters a highly skilled, energized and empowered workforce.ICF International is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer
