E3 Federal Solutions, LLC, a government consulting firm, has immediate openings for Project Control Analysts to support a major Federal client in the Washington DC, Metropolitan area.   We are looking for candidates that not only have a solid analytical background, but also those who bring a strong entrepreneurial sprit and want to be part of a fast growing company.  

 

The objectives of the Project Control Analyst position are to standardize project account reporting to the maximum extent practicable; monitor and track project baselines (cost and schedule); track project accomplishments (milestones and deliverables); standardize and manage invoice processing; report on project performance; and assist with Earned Value (EV) analysis.

 

Responsibilities of the Project Control Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintaining project account structures per IA in OMIS, project financials, and provide related support functions as necessary; Reviewing, analyzing, and tracking invoices to ensure they are processed in a uniformed manner and are in accordance with TO requirements;  Review project financial data entered into the financial databases; Utilize Government-supplied financial management tools/systems to collect, analyze, and report on project financial data; Review data to respond to budget calls and draft financial reports for clients; Utilize financial management tools to monitor overall project health in terms of schedule, cost, risks, and performance; Conduct detailed analysis and review of projects to ensure contract and financial fiscal compliance; Resolve any identified discrepancies and recommend close-out were appropriate; Perform audit reviews on contract financials to identify and ensure uncommitted, residual, or excess funds are returned to the applicable agencies; Support and assist project managers in performing the project audit and end of year functions; and Provide general support to project manager which includes, but is not limited to, analysis, data calls, financial management, risk management, audits, and project management related tasks.
