Office Manager & Bookkeeper
Birmingham area business is in need of an experienced office manager and bookkeeper. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience as an office manager or bookkeeper and be a self-starter with good communication skills. Duties include AR/AP, balancing checkbook, taxes, payroll, purchasing, customer care, and ordering. Must have good computer skills and be familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Experience with Quickbooks a plus. Degree preferred by not required.
