We have an immediate need for an OPERATIONAL RISK CONSULTANT / PROJECT MANAGERJob Description Summary:This position will be responsible for working with project managers to determine if Action Plans (updates and enhancements agreed to in approved security plans) have been completed. If they are completed they will document their findings and submit an official request to close the action plan. If the Action Plan is still open, the contractor will be responsible to work with the PM get a plan in place to get the action plans addressed. They will provide weekly status on all 97 action plans They will also work with the PMs and Information Security Officers (ISO) to update security plans if necessary. This person will also be responsible for enhancing our Records Management program. This will include providing necessary update to the Group Record Coordinator, developing processes for effectively communicating Record Management initiatives, developing process for Iron Mountain request and developing process for destruction request. This individual will also be responsible for helping to develop Service Request tracking tools.Required Skills:1. Strong Project Management2. Good Technology background3. Detail Oriented4. Ability to work independentlyDetailed Responsibilities: UPDATE AND CLOSE OUT ACTION PLANS1. Will be responsible tracking all updates and enhancements agreed to in approved Security Plans. These are known as Action Plans.1.1 Identify project managers for each action plan.1.1.1 Work with project manager to determine the status of action plans.1.1.2 Work with PMs to get action plans implemented.1.2 Work with Information Security Officers (ISO) to get security plans updated if necessary1.3 Work with ISOs to get action plans officially closed down or extended if necessaryCORPORATE RECORDS MANAGEMENT OFFICE (CRMO)1.
