Marketing Manager CALL- 703-689-2001Description: Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a Marketing Manager.Job Responsibilities:Manage and implement interactive marketing projects/programs to drive brand awareness, financial education, and lead generation . Lead the implementation of an online lead capture and management process. Partner with marketing agencies and business segment marketing managers to implement and manage natural and paid search programs. Work with a cross-functional team to improve the company's e-mail capabilities – driving increased usage, improved open rates and consistency in design and look/feel. Responsible for all phases of project management. Establish project objectives and deliverables. Create and manage scope, schedule, and budget. Track and communicate project results and metrics. Build effective work relationships across businesses and functions, including marketing, communications, Brand, technology, legal, and other stakeholders across the company. For more information about Volt, please visit our website at www.volt.com Requirements: Required Skills: 4-7+ years experience managing marketing projects/programs in insurance or financial services and/or internet/web; BA or BS or the equivalent; Strong analytical skills; Proven problem solving and strategic thinking ability; Experience partnering with creative agencies, interactive marketing vendors and consumer research professionals to execute projects/marketing campaigns; Ability to effectively lead and provide clear direction to cross-functional teams; Strong teamwork, communication, influencing and leadership skills among all levels; Strong organization, planning and time management skills; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Project 2000, Power Point, Visio.
