Marketing Manager 
Location: Arlington, VA



The Marketing Manager will work with Senior Management to design, develop and implement corporate marketing plans.

Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and timelines to support corporate growth objectives through branding, increased awareness and lead generation; Monitor marketing plan performance and recommend strategies to address areas for improvement; Develop, executive and manage marketing communications program including, but not limited to, advertising, collateral, sponsorships and events; Gather and provide client and market intelligence for strategic accounts; Create awareness, internally and externally, of current and new service offerings; Manage marketing vendor relationships; Plan, prepare and manage marketing budget; monitor and report on budget vs. actual expenses related to all marketing spend. Knowledge and Experience BA/BS degree in Marketing required; MBA preferred; 8-10 years marketing experience; 2-3 years of prior professional service firm and sales experience required; Experience working with account teams in professional services or matrixed environments; Experience with multi-media marketing; Some travel required.
